Information for Parents/Guardians of Students Starting Year 12 in Sept 2020

Start Date

Year 12 lessons will start from the weekend starting on the 12th of September 2020.

Format of Lessons

Due to the 2 m social distance rule, I am initially going to take lessons through Zoom. After checking how things go on in September in the country, I will try to move on to face-to-face lessons as soon as possible.

Fees

Considering the difficulties some parents face due to Covid-19, this year I am reducing my charges.

The fee will be £18 per one and a half hour lesson. (Last year, for the Year 12 batch the fee was £22.50 per one and a half hour lesson).

Still, those parents whose incomes are affected by Covid-19 can talk to me, and if reasonable, I will further reduce the fees for those parents.

Payment Method and Refund for Missed Lessons

At the beginning of every month I will email parents an invoice for the fees for that month. At the end of every 2-months, I can refund a maximum of one lesson per subject for any missed lessons during the previous 2-month period. Payment methods: Online bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Lesson Groups

Maths Groups:
Group 1: Saturdays 8.00am to 9.30am
Group 2: Sundays 10.00am to 11.30am
Group 3: Sundays 4.30pm to 6.00pm

Physics Group:
Sundays 2.30pm to 4.00pm
